How Payments Work

taskkly keeps payments simple, secure, and fully transparent.
Here’s how the process works once your task is confirmed:

1 / Receive Your Invoice

After the details of your task are agreed, we send you an official invoice directly to your Email.

2 / Reply “ACCEPT” to Approve

To proceed, simply reply ACCEPT to the email.
This confirms the task and authorises us to issue the payment link.

3 / Secure Payment Link Sent to You

Once you accept, you’ll receive a secure payment link for your order. All payments are processed safely through our trusted payment partner.

4/ Complete Your Payment

Click the link and complete your payment using your preferred method. Your task is officially booked and your payment is reserved in Taskkly.

5/ Task Completed - Payment Released

Once the task is completed, simply send an email saying 'COMPLETED.' The payment will then be released to the account of the Tasker.

Pricing varies based on task complexity, duration, and the availability of Taskers in your area.

Handyman (General)

From CHF 45/hr (depends on the complexity, specialization requirement)

Furniture Assembly

From CHF 50/hr (depends on the complexity)

Cleaning services

Errands/Delivery (non-food)

From CHF 30/hr (depends on the type of work needed)

From CHF 20 per trip + Item cost (depends on the distance and waiting time)

Food pickup

From CHF 10 per pick-up (Depends on the distance and waiting time)

Pharmacy/flower pickup

From CHF 15 per pick-up (Depends on the distance and waiting time)

Moving help

From CHF 50/hr (depends on the type of work, team/vehicle)
